CEO

Paul has had over 30 years background in the home construction and contracting business. Prior to forming Avante Venture Partners in 2004, for 9 years, he was the CEO and a Principal of a major home builder of high-end luxury homes in Northern California. A number of the projects completed included homes for many celebrities as well as wealthy individuals and families. These homes ranged in style and price but all were built with meeting each buyer's needs as the primary goal. He is well-versed in building new homes that will satisfy the needs for the desired Florida lifestyle.

He has high level management experience and is dedicated to quality and process. His expertise includes: financial knowledge; marketing; construction processes; strategic planning; negotiating contracts; team building - each important aspects of the, new home, business. He is insistent on professionalism, accuracy and doing things right.

ERIC DEVUYST

Principal of RDV Homes, Corporation and Avante Venture Partners, LLC

Eric has over 20 years experience as a new home builder and has been a Florida General Contractor since 1985. He has held management positions with such major companies as Ryland Homes and Pulte Homes. He has been responsible for the construction of hundreds of new homes and from each, has learned how to improve them. Villa Sorrento incorporates many of the improvements Eric has wanted to see in a Florida lifestyle home.

Eric has a University Degree in Architecture. His innovative design talent coupled with his new home building knowledge and experience is the primary talent that differentiates him from most builders. He has won many awards for his work and is active in the local as well as national Home Builders Associations.

He is thoroughly committed to excellence in the execution of construction and delivering of a well-designed new home, a home that will be long lasting.
